    What a great idea! My critter catcher is 5'11'' tall but sometimes he says get it yourself!

    Personally, a spider that is big enough to be "caught" by something like that, deserves to be squished. There is no way, that I would EVER, EVER relocate a spider.

    Not to mention....if it's that big, it's got a longer jump range. That grabber is WAY too close for comfort...even to SQUISH it with.

    It depends on the spider. Leave the orb weavers alone. Really, any spider outside is fine. Inside, they must ask permission to touch me (the answer is always no, but I respect a polite spider). Impolite spiders get trampled upon by a screaming mad woman. If they fight back, they get burned with fire.
