Thanks Brother, glad you enjoyed it. Yeah I added a few subjects, made it more modern/personnel. I had the video with me doing both (split screen) vocal & guitar in it. But didn't have it on a stick when my computer crashed. When I had my hard drive dropped on a stick it wasn't there either, along with other ones as well. I did it on the SingSnap program that had 2 tracks, with video & sound track. It's still on SingSnap site but I can't copy it anymore.

I think Mylon Lefevre did that song on his first live album circa 1984 just after getting saved.

On the U-Tube description part of the post, I usually put some history about the songs I cover & credit the writers or singers. I did on this one. Check it out. The Cater Family all but out right stole the copyright on it.
On another note about the Carters, my first wife's Aunt claimed Johnny Cash stole the song "Ring of fire" song from her. She pitched it to them in Nashville, but she never did the copyright on it. So she couldn't prove it. June Carter is credited the song writer for that song. That kind of stuff happened a lot back in early years of folk & country music. Because folks did not know the business side of things for their work. Copyright was created so them issues would be protected by paper work.
Many of my originals I don't have copyrights on. But with U-Tube I can prove its my work. I just have not wrote the music notes to the melody or the lyrics issued to the Library of Congress copyright office. You can also use a recording for a copyright, with a bit of form to fill out. Back when I did do some I thought might have a chance at a studio using for a artist I did the copyright deal on. It cost $20 bucks a song to do.

In one of my Pawn Shop adventures in South Bend, IN. I purchased a used Tascam Multi-Track DP-02 disk recorder.
Might to my surprise there were a few tracks from the previous owner left in the song bank.
I took a listen, and I must say I got another surprise. There were a few Christian songs recorded.
So it looked like I was going practice the mix down on the machine first thing. So I mixed them down, then dropped them on a CD.
Now I don't know the author of the lyric's or music or the singer's names. But they were some great songs.
Now I will be putting them on my channel. Hope you enjoy the message as well as the tunes.
Take me to Heaven. It so reminded me of my Mother's last hours in her fight with cancer.
