So, the so-called black friday is not a problem for me... I just stay out of the city as to not get run over by city slickers
Thanksgiving is a pagan holiday?

ugh...no. We did venture over to Lowe's and Costco for a live Christmas tree (which is gorgeous!!!) but they weren't very crowded.

Pay attention bro... the suibject of this thread is black friday shopping... so my remark is about Christmas.
They don't do black friday shopping in preparation for Thanksgiving, just so you know.

Black Friday shopping isn't all about buying for Christmas. It`s more about greed than anything.
You did not mention Christmas in your post. We have no interpreters here for Farm Truck Speak.

When talking about black friday shopping, it is understood by everyone other than yourself apparently that it is in relationship to and in preparation for Christmas.
Apparently you and the OP are the only ones that that are confused in this matter concerning the reason for black friday shopping.

Yes, Okee Dokee indeed... seeing this entire nation is now gearing up for Christmas shopping.
Maybe you should flip on the news and get caught up on current events

Yes, nearly everyone is gearing up for Christmas shopping. The OP does not reference Christmas shopping one way or the other... you should go back and read it. Many people shop for Christmas on Black Friday, but just as many shop for themselves. That's all I'm saying and you keep taking exception to it as though you are the single expert on Black Friday here on the forum, maybe even in the whole country.
Is it your goal to kill every thread you post in?
