I was in the Fresno Calif. area this past weekend. To make a long story short, I had to help put a large memorial service together for a Bishop who pastored for 48yrs.
He died of Covid 19.
This past week, we had a deadly heatwave with temps up to 110. It was Miserable, intolerable, the air was dangerous. I got heat exhaustion at one point, then I started coughing a lot, wheezing, I took every over the counter med I could just get through it. I struggled just to get through the service. It lasted 3.5 hours! No kidding.
I got home late Saturday PM. At 4am Sunday I had to go to the ER. I was having an asthma attack. I haven't had asthma since I was a kid so it came as a shock. I took the treatments, got a prescription for prednisone & an inhaler, they also made me take a mandatory test for Covid. I thought oh no, God please don't let me have this.
My Covid test came back today NEGATIVE, thank GOD!
I was suppose to fly out tomorrow but I decided to stay home and relax
