Thread: How Many Of You Still On Lockdown?

  1. #31
I guess California is back on lockdown. Some of these small businesses here just won't survive. It's sad.

Well I got my hair cut last week so I should be good to go for another 6 weeks or so.

Praying that you all stay safe, heathy.

Places having an increase in cases are due to an increase in testing. They just opened up drive up testing in the college parking lot near my home.

My democratic federal representative was posting about all the free testing being done in Detroit a few days ago. So, you do the math and see why the number of cases in increasing.

In the meantime, the death rate is so low... almost non-existent. They should be looking at the suicide rate from this pandemic - most of these are totally preventable deaths, imo.

We have a mobile testing unit setting up across the county to be sure that numbers increase. The real stats to watch are hospitalizations and deaths. The recovery rate is is high.

I never wear a mask unless the store where I am going requires it. I think we should get back to the norm. It will all go away once the elections are over.

first, there are screwy things going on with the testing. Multiple false and some counted more than once.
(it's been in the news big time here)
2nd, a lot, I mean LOT of false positives. Again, in the news.
3rd, "cases" doesn't necessarliy translate to "death" which is the important number.

LA Mayor Yoga Pants has blamed Trump for the break down there and he's threating to go back to "stay home" status.
except of you're protesting that is.

here in OC most businesses are back closed. Restaurants that have worked out a "dine out doors" are still going.

a lot, I mean LOT of false positives.
are you saying that in the US they are no able to do correct testing?
    are they having bad supplies?

I do not agree that death alone counts
After suffering from Covid-19 many have long time effects which is not nice either, and this does ot relate to age
