They are discussing the tracking here too, but it will only be possibly if people agree. I do not think this will work in the western countries

The want us to do in OZ. It works in theory like this:
In theory it doesn't record your location, your Phone uses Bluetooth to record a token from other phone close by and for how long. Their's records your token too. The app retains the token info for 2 weeks.
If someone is tested +ve they tell the app which looks for tokens that it had more than 15 mins contact with recently. Somehow these phones get sent a message.

Anyone ever hear about herd immunity?
I don't wear a mask except if the location I am shopping in requires it. And I made one from fabric that I have from my many storage containers. I will wipe down the cart I am using but that is all.
This virus, yes is contagious, but we still have natural antibodies etc that we build and renew daily by interacting with other people and exposing ourselves.
When did we ever quarantine the heathy? Testing is needed and then we can begin to quarantine the sick or those who test positive. Many of us could be a-symptomatic and not even know.

I wonder how this testing-based approach will work. Will state governments mandate testing for anyone leaving their home? Will individuals need to carry a state-issued certificate? Will police be allowed to stop any individual of their choosing in order to examine their certificate?
And forgive me for being cynical, but I suspect it will be much easier for the "well-connected" to obtain these certificates.

you need at least about 65-75% of the people to have had Covid-19 to get near to a herd immunity,
and we are far from that.
We also are not sure about how much immunity people have after being sick..
After some virus you have a life long immunity after others none at all.
People unfortunatly do not have a natural immunity to the corona virus.

That's because it's not a natural virus. It was engineered in a Chinese Communist Party Bio-lab in Wuhan, China.
Typical Chinese "short cut" mind set, create a virus without creating first a cure for it. WE do cheaper!

And just how do you create a cure for a virus you haven't yet created?

From a paper written by Shi Zhengli, the woman behind the Wuhan lab.
To evaluate the potential genetic changes required for HKU4 to infect human cells, we reengineered HKU4 spike, aiming to build its capacity to mediate viral entry into human cells.
Two Mutations Were Critical for Bat-to-Human Transmission of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus
She did a lot of tinkering with viruses, which horrified many virologists.
A virologist for 16 years, Zhengli is one of the world's most renowned experts on coronaviruses.
She has discovered dozens of deadly SARS-like viruses in bat caves and after studying samples taken from some of the first people to become infected with the new and then-mysterious respiratory illness in China in December she found it was similar to SARS.

This is one of several reasons why I am a strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment. When government attempts to limit our movement, violate our "inalienable rights", shut down our Churches, and snoop into our private lives w/o our permission, it is time to remove that government, "by any means necessary."
