    Or this one? I'm not a coffee adict, myself. I only drink it when I NEED the caffeine because it has to taste like a chocolate bar *Coffee Crisp* in order for me to drink it and that's FAR too many calories to take in on a daily basis!!! Plus I just don't enjoy it that much!!!

    geez louise! 4 or 5 in the morning?! I think it was college finals, the last time I saw that time of night without it being a family emergency.

    I've always been a night owl, whenever school and work have allowed me to go to sleep late.

    I concentrate better, and get more work done, after everyone else has gone to sleep.

    I think my body clock has a natural period of 25 hours.

    I am by nature a night owl. I usually get about 5 1/2 hours of sleep at night.

    5 1/2 hours sleep that is not normal but if it works for you
