    Was this in Connecticutt in the early 60s? This happened near where we lived when we were kids. My brother was blamed by my father, although I doubt it was him. I remember we free-roamed A LOT back then without the panic and worry of today.

    No, not me. It was early 60's but in Cleveland, OH.
