Question??????????????????????
I have a question and many of you can probably give me the answer. I keep hearing or reading people say something and then they end their comments by saying "just sayin."
What do you mean when you say that? I don't get it. It makes no sense. I must be missing something. Please help me with this. Thanks!

Stems from street lingo
Use to hear "that's the bomb" when something great.
Then they would just say "bomb" . Now it's sort of played out
Off the charts, off the meter , off the scale etc. is overused
I heard some phrases the other day when I was around some hood-ish ppl
And I was like uh? (Can't remember the new terms used)
Then I realized it was something good lol

It may be a passing thing in our language. I just wondered what it means so I can understand what is being communicated. I always try to use clear language in my posts. I think most people can get what I am saying. But this term, "just sayin," baffles me.

It means 'I am just stating my position, period...it's sort of like' talk to the hand'.
As the article said...not really up for some lengthy discussion...like
Jesus is Lord...just sayin..
If you are not saved you are going to Hell..just sayin...

So far two different meanings;
"don't take it personally, but"
"'I am just stating my position, period"
