    As I think about it, it didn't 'creep' up. Last fall I did 90 days of OMAD (one meal a day) and low carb and got down equal to the lowest weight I've been since I started the weight loss several years ago. Then Thanksgiving hit and I got off and gained 50 lbs from Thanksgiving to when I got back from vacation almost two months ago. The day after I got back is when I started this again. Did the first 18 days OMAD and now I eat normally 2 meals a day with a protein drink thrown in between them. I shoot for about 160 grams a protein a day for 1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle mass so I won't lose muscle while I'm doing it. Plus strength training. No more than 30 net carbs a day but many times I'm below 20 for the day.
