anything fun?
Anyone doing anything fun this Summer? I just bought a house, so no vacation this year for us. I'll be doing fun stuff like cutting down 5 million red buds, and pulling weeds from everywhere.

We arent sure of any big plans but have several smaller events. From what I hear we should buy copious amounts of fireworks for the 4th here on the lake. The way the bugs are we need copious stockpiles of bugspray for afterdark activities.
A few summers ago we bought a nice camper trailer but now we no longer live in town so that urge to get away isnt so strong when we are always “away” and wonder just where we go to top this.

When you’re living in your “vacation” home, life is good. :)

Yeah, something like that. Except for those 2 -40deg days and a few blizzards, we are in a sort of paradise here.

So, God willing we are planning our first 2 week vacation in 10yrs. I'm planning out a tour of the western Upper Peninsula with our little Sunline T-1950. Ultimately, we want to see Copper Harbor and Brockway Mountain. Cant wait. We arent too far away from a much needed getaway.
