I missed Brownsville, TACF and anything else that happened in those years because we were still raising our family on one income and I couldn't afford to travel. When Lakeland hit, I wasn't going to miss it again, so I just said that I was going and I did. I just wanted to experience being in an outpouring.... it was amazing!!!
Same here...but with Lakeland we ended up recording them...I said the same thing but still didn't make it down!

Same here, A.J. When Lakeland hit, I was in the midst of an overwhelming depression, and many times felt like just jumping in my car and driving down to Florida to take it all in, but I did tune in daily on live streaming and that is what helped me weather the storm and hold on!

1985 - Exactly 30 years ago for me. Can't remember the exact date but know it was in the winter at a Bible study at the chapel on Edwards AFB in California taught by friend, Brother Kenneth Walker (who also somewhat discipled me).

That same night I prayed in tongues at home and I found out some weeks later that the Holy Spirit ran some demons out of a my next door neighbor's home.

That's when I knew that what this gift was powerful.
