I could produce a shot with a divided shoulder muscle, biceps peak and stuff like that. Or various abdominal muscles though there is a layer of fat on top of those. But I think that should be quite enough ?

I think you should take a pic of yourself lifting the heaviest weights you're able to and let us decide how fit you are.

I don't do that because I might hurt myself. I'm happy to chug along at 6 repetitions or more. But I estimate that I can do pullups and dips with +90 pounds and pistol (one leg) squats to the bottom with +60 pounds. I'm 6'2.5 and currently 198 pounds.

Well since we are all sharing who we really are, not bragging or nothin', I thought I would come out and show my 77 year old physic. Although I will have to admit, I am not the man I used to be. Old age setting in!

None of those are real. The guy Nikos posted has injected oils into his muscles, inflating them to look like that.
Most people who can do pullups or dips cannot do pistol squats. It takes a lot of stabilizing strength.

He's probably less healthy than the 600 pound guy in Cardinal TT's avatar though.
Here is an other bodybuilder. He's not in contest shape and then they look bigger because there is some fat on top of their muscles :
The image isn't modified nor did he inject oil into his muscles. I doubt that anyone can find someone bigger than that. He's 5'11 and way over 300 pounds in that photo.
