I can do what I said in the space of five minutes. I don't even need to do anything except wear one of my shirts, flex my muscles and take a picture. It really doesn't matter to me, it would only be for disbelievers reading threads around on here on weightlifting (I can make a video of that too but it would take more time). Or to match Highlyfavored's avatar.
So all I can say to the disbelievers is : Make me.

I'm not huge. But I can lift the weights I talked about in the weightlifting thread, that's the point.
