    Reminds me of my conversation with family members today :

    Me : I've gone from 195 to 189 pounds in 2 weeks.
    Them : Really ? You are really tough on yourself !
    Me : (starts talking about Søndergaard who lost 40 pounds in 40 days on a water fast, at around a weight similar to mine, while walking many miles every day)
