Wow! Make sure you maintain your intimacy time with Abba, Father...you will burn out in a hurry that way! Glad you are back!

5 are 3 hour classes, and 2 are 2 hour classes, so 19 total.

I just finished grading some essays, so I thought I would pop in and respond. Thank you all, I appreciate your well wishes, and prayers. Most days, I'm fine...some days, I'm a wreck. Nearly every day I feel overwhelmed, and want the world to slow down. I know I'll adjust to the new life I'm living, and I also know that my little one won't be a little one much longer, and that will help tremendously with feeling overwhelmed. I also know that I have wonderful friends, in the real world, and here on the forum, who help alleviate a lot of stress for me. God and I have our moments....I'm still listening, and He's still talking, so I guess we're doing alright. :)

Doesn't sound so bad, you're not working a double shift then.

I so thankful you have a wonderful support system. We are here for you Lista! Glad your relationship with God is doing alright. ;) Stop in when you can, shake the marble cans around here, then of course let them loose on the floor and see what happens. xoxo

Obviously the Colonel has never taught College level classes. 19 hours is a heavy load. 14-16 is a normal load unless you are in the Grad level, then ca. 8 hrs.

I was thinking of a literal double shift, double full time.

And, AND taking care of a home and family.

I can't imagine the hours Lista spends in prep and grading.
