I saw a news report yesterday where people with dash cams send recordings of aggressive drivers to police. http://www.abc15.com/news/region-pho...ident-on-l-101 Not only is big brother watching, everyone else is watching as well. I worry about everyone getting so distracted by what everyone else is doing that they aren't paying enough attention to their own driving.

Not only do I keep my FB private (from non friends) I do not ever post anything too personal. I think it's my age rather than my wisdom. I didn't grow up with technology, so I use other methods to communicate on a more intimate level. 20 years from now, we are going to know everything about everyone. There will be no privacy at all.

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

No FB for me, I find it distasteful, it's just a spy shop.

Jim used to say that about AOL, that it was just another branch of the FBI.

I've heard people bend over backwards to defend FB but that's a new one! Seriously, I've just never been able to get over the ick factor. You'd probably be sickened if you knew what they do with your data > your kids data > your grandkids data >your friends data>your friends kids > ...

I'm not, necessarily, defending FB per se.. I'm talking about all online stuff.
where you go, what you buy, I'll bet *they*'re even watching here.
So, I'll visit and post away and not stress. Although, I do not do any of the games, or quizes that asks for permission to access FB from an outslde source.
I'm not going to give up my online life because someone is watching.
Are you familiar with FaceCrooks? they give a lot of tips how to cut down on the eyes on us

It's not the obvious stuff they do, it's the stuff you don't know about and for me anyway, how it impacts innocents.
For instance...
A private prayer for healing > to the insurance company >to a rate increase for you and yours (genetics and all that).
You'll never see it, never know it happened.
It's really way beyond the "well, if I don't do anything bad I don't have anything to worry about", that's what they want you to believe. They are amoral, there is no "good and bad" it's just data for them to use as they see fit.
