    Do you make New Year's resolutions?

    Are you making any this year? Have you ever made any that you actually kept?

    No. I stopped making those years ago. Now, I think about what needs to be changed, and make steps to accomplish that change.

    Like, eating correctly. It's not a diet, its a life change.

    Yep. A few years ago I made a resolution not to make any more New Year's resolutions and I've kept it!
