Just stay close and you won't have to be annoyed by it chirping.

He somehow made his way down to the basement, got cornered and thrown outside...then 5 minutes later the chirping started again down there.

English & Scottish & Irish have their own as well, it baffles me with them 3 but they are a bit different. As Chad was talking about, I never judged any body because of it though. Accent in the singing deliverance of style or phasing just eases the ears and draws one in to become a fan. Like Dolly Parton, (she spoke her mind recently about BLM & white folk, which their might be a thread on that, but come on now Dolly gezzz). But I love hearing one's accent and it clue one into where they are from. Just started reading this thread. This should be fun.

years ago, i was playing a game.. Mafia Wars.. (it was great fun and I connected with some folks who are still friends) at that time you couldn't connect to play without the person being in your friends list.. so I had about 5000.. (ok.. maybe only 3000)

My daughter and granddaughter used to laugh because I had so many more friends than they did..

When I quit, I axed most of the game friends.. now I have a few hundred..

Played that game back then as well did the same thing.

I'm from Ca but I'm in the Deep South at least once a month and find the people refreshing from all the snotty Bay Area elitist. The accent compliments their friendliness.
