No one said anything about not posting your views.

AGAIN: Your posting style is more of a bull in a china shop ......... There's a big difference between petting people's feelings and just general politeness.

    We don't have to wait.

Yes, in the end we'll see who's fruit is rotten and who's isn't.

Yes, hence the scripture quotes... you are free to ignore the scripture that was posted... you're a big boy now.

Thank you for sharing your erroneous opinion
Prove you accusation against Jesus and Paul...

    RUDE...ll-mannered, discourteous, or insulting

Neither Jesus nor Paul used that carnal weapon/tool. They spoke with AUTHORITY..not sure how you allowed yourself to become deceived into believing those were the same thing..sad because it is a carnal trait that will isolate you from the rest of the body of Christ...

Two members of the BODY of CHRIST cannot embrace and draw wisdom and strength from each other if one views himself as a self sustaining island..God has not called any of us to be an island...

If God led you here He led you here to both learn AND share..You have received correction, Biblical correction..

    Galatians 5:22-23

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Farm Truck has a style that he seems to think is BIBLICAL and on some forums it could possibly pass as that. He is wrong of course.

I know..but thinking it's Biblical and that actually being true, as you noted, is false.

That's why I challenged him to prove that Jesus or Paul were RUDE...

On some forums holding to the correct theology and condemning everything else will make one some friends. The same forums typically have a lot of very law oriented people and some times they are very Old Testament in their thinking. Often they get tired very quickly of posters who don't qualify as being within their particular fold, theologically speaking. Or in relation to standards for what should be defined as sin. I'm glad that this forum does not fit any of the above descriptions, generally speaking.

I am glad too...that's why I remained here all these years...

You are describing religion and indoctrination; I know because I was there once..many of my BELIEFS were correct but my HEART was not..it took the Holy Spirit to reveal that my heart condition was affecting my relationship with the LORD..
.that grieved me to the point of surrender and repentance to the point of being willing to allow HIM to completely undo my theology. THAT led to healing of un-forgiveness and an independent spirit I put in place to protect me; that became a prison fortress, not a place of safety.

I suspect FT has up a fortress as well. Possibly based on fear of deception not realizing the fear of deception is deception!

With the Holy Spirit as our teacher we have no reason to fear deception...He leads and guides us into ALL truth..but FT seems to think that responsibility rests with HIM and HIM alone...it was such a relief when I was set free from that and became able to just love people and wait and trust HIM to lead me in His wisdom and truth when sharing with others..rather than relying on

Maybe he will learn to value and embrace the difference in this forum..and actually JOIN us rather than to just at us.

This reminds me of something that I witnessed when I was going to the Indy 500 for several years. After the race about 250,000 people are leaving. At this one spot, a group of people set up a PA system and a small platform to stand on. They would proceed to "preach and witness" to the crowds leaving. Many people consumed alcohol and when one of these " witnesses" saw a person with a beer, they would get louder telling them how they were going to hell for drinking. One year I sat and watched for about an hour, they preached, some would shout back and one guy threw an almost full plastic glass of beer he bought a the track ( about $8.00 ). The guy preaching was happy how he was persecuted for the Lord. In the time there I witnessed no one approach the group preaching other than to rebuff, not one person asked for prayer, nor was prayer offered. Draw your own conclusions, I'll post mine if this response gains any traction.

During the previous Sunday there were 20 people who responded to the call to take up the faith during the four services held in the Oslo branches of the church I attend. The pastor was preaching on nothing but grace and the power of God to transform those who respond. He wasn't preaching on law or condemnation at all. The beliefs of the church are relatively conservative though and this is a well known fact to most people.

The wrath of man does not produce godly sorrow.
