Why Micromanaging is Ungodly
1 Micromanagement is a failure to lead.
2 Micromanagement is a failure to self-evaluate.
3 Micromanagement is a failure to recognize the gifts of others.
4 Micromanagement is a failure to trust others. and
5 Micromanagement is a failure to trust God.
But as God surely trusts Himself this proves that to our Holy, Righeous, Soverign God we are not puppets.

Probably that macro-management of who ends up in heaven and who ends up in hell is okay.

That's the point Colonel, "who ends up in heaven and who ends up in hell" is not done by micro-management which for some reason some can't understand.

The logic of what you just said is similar to the following :
My boss doesn't micro-manage what type of coffee I drink at work
Who I should marry isn't done by micro-management so therefore my boss is the one who has picked a wife for me

In business management, micromanagement is a management style whereby a manager closely observes or controls the work of subordinates or employees.
God may observe what we do Colonel, He certainly knows all we do (and will do), and at times He becomes directly involved in our lives at different levels such as speaking to us quietly via the Spirit or knocking a person (e.g. Paul) off a horse, or drowning an army, but He in no way controls us, all we do is as a choise of our own will yet at the same time it achieves what God wills.
