Well, their entire worldview is so secular. Anything that anyone said outside of that was viciously attacked. Yeah, I was shocked too. Having interacted with lots of atheists on other sites, I have to honestly say that the hostility and outright hatred they have for anyone who doesn't agree with them is crazy. It was like you couldn't discuss anything without being attacked.
Take someone from the Black Lives Movement or an ACLU rep or a Berkley professor...roll them all into one, and you'll get a small picture of what I'm talking about.
See, back in the early 90s, it really wasn't bad. In the mid-2000s, atheists went into an "atheist-activist" mode, and mocking, ridiculing, calling Christians names, "anti-science", etc......and it's only gotten worse. The world truly is on fire with this.

Good luck with that!
With all the goofy things he's said over the years that turned out to not be God.... he's on his own as far as I'm concerned.
TV preachers rarely if ever admit to missing God.

it has gotten ugly, hasn't it? But, I don't think the church has missed it either. It goes hand in hand with the entitlement attitude.
It's not enough to disagree agreeably, you HAVE to agree everything is great and wonderful.
(btw, good to see you!)

But I'll assume that you're still the owner of the "butt ugly 1970s morbid wrestlers" forum.
