We help people with wellness by using essential oils ... we've come to a much, much fuller understanding of James 5:14 than we ever had before! We are in the process of moving, even though my facebook profile already says Wilmington. Our hearts are there and we are incredibly homesick. Have lost ALL grace to be in High Point, even though family, friends, and team all live here. It'll be a nice place to come and visit, but would we want to live here? nope! LOL.

How are you? I know you've wrestled with health issues and I've prayed for you but I hadn't heard an update in a while.
I have an oil question for you. Can someone with no sense of smell (not even gas leaks or dirty diapers) benefit from essential oils?

Yes, absolutely - our oils can be applied topically or ingested and have a profound effect on the body ... though I have heard one testimonial of a person's sense of smell returning (it probably depends on the cause?)

Amazing! I believe in the power of essential oils. Some have amazing anti-cancer constituants! Lemongrass, francincense, etc....and I've used them in that application as well. I've used them for probably over 20 years now, especially tea tree oil, peppermint, lavender, etc.....they are truly "medicine".

Please keep us all updated, and I'm doing amazingly well, considering where I was 2 months ago. I'm recovering what the devil has stolen, and will be in complete remission soon enough.

I started a thread that if you have time, you can read through. It details everything. Just scroll down to the "I'm coming out of the closet" thread.

That is really interesting. I don't know how I lost my sense of smell (it's been gone at least 17 years) I suspect it might have been overuse of nasal spray when I was younger.

Bummer, is your sense of taste OK? Have you tried taking zinc supplements? They do help increase your sense of smell, just don't ever use nose sprays with zinc because that has the opposite effect and could greatly hinder your sense of smell.
