    It's Pączki Day!

    LANCASTER, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) - Throw the calorie counter out the window, it's Pączki Day!

    For those who don't know, a pączki is a Polish pastry filled with a sweet jelly, similar to a donut.

    If you're not a jelly fan don't worry, you can also get flavors like Bavarian cream, prune or chocolate.

    Traditionally, the pastries are made a few days before Ash Wednesday and celebrate one of the last times to indulge before Lent...

    That's funny. I don't know what was going on yesterday but I heard that a lot of the bakeries were sold out way before closing.

    Did you get any? My favorite bakery is real close to you. :)
