    Fuego, try to not worry. Your body needs time to recover, and some times it can take longer time to get back to the old form. Just take it easy and slow for several days, do not force yourself to strong.

    Here we have since fall mainly 4 different bugs going around and many getting sick, What I hear all the time is, that they feel after a week not sick anymore, but -and this is pretty different from other years- they need 1-3 weeks to get their strenghth back.

    I m praying for fully and quick recovery.
