It was not easy, but I got great care, and the in-home therapy begins this Thursday and Friday, and then a late afternoon doctors visit that same Friday at Providence.
A long road to making a complete recovery awaits me, but I'm not on this road alone. A caring wife, loving family, and a loving Lord will help me to the end of this road a well man.
Must feel great to be home!

I declare a full and complete recovery and healing for you in Jesus' name!

Im so happy to hear that. When I think of hospitals I think of an inability to rest or sleep through the night. Sleep is key to recovery and at home I'm sure you'll get all the rest you need!

    Do your OT/PT!!!!

After rainy warm weather the lakes have refroze tight. My favorite lake lost an inch or so but has lasted through the warm spells. Today it will be a great day to be on this little lake. No snow and 10deg?? Perfect.

Debating over which way to remove the snow. Do I use the blower or remove and install the plow. The blower is ready to go and things did freeze last night. If it's icy I'll grind it with the blower.

If I can, maybe get out on the ice and take some fishing video with the new camera.

Flu. First time in 3 years, or colds for that matter. I'm doing as little as I can today.

I'm babysitting the almost 3yo grandson today. He came yesterday for an overnighter. We get him pretty much once a week cuz his momma is a night stocker at Wally-World and his daddy works a rotating shift that only gives him every third weekend off. Rog is working today too. So it's me n the short person today.

Today I'm practicing "grampa'ing". Picked up a hub shelter for those cold, wet yucky days to help me not cancel out due to weather. Also and especially for having my grandson out on the ice. The popup shelter and propane heater is the difference. Today is the first day out with this setup and a good practice run for the weekend visit with my trainee 15yr old fisherman. Going to be a blast.
