    Spring can't come soon enough

    One of the longest, coldest, wettest winters I've seen in years

    Thank God for rain .. But I'm ready for spring

    I'm still ok with rain.. the way it's been coming is good.. rain a few days.. dry out.. more rain.. more drying..

    gives it a chance to sink in and not completely runoff.

    Just had ducted air-con installed because of the summer heat. Hit 120F (48.8C) a few weeks ago.
