Thank You!
A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to the campaign my son set up.
I have consulted with two different health professionals about what happened to me during the chemo in order to make sense of what was happening to me. I have not shared much at all in specifics, but I really did not have any clue of what would happen with a lower chemo dose. It all went downhill after the chemo. I want to stress that I do not believe that this is common....at all. But that is why we felt a bit undone because I have to move forward with treatment, but knew it could not be chemo.
I was very open to doing lower doses of chemo and doing my best to protect myself but that simply is not an option on any level at all, and I must shrink the tumor before any surgery could be attempted because of it's location.
I hope I've communicated all of this well. I feel awkward and to be honest, I wish my son hadn't put so much of our personal business on the street, but those are his words and I don't wish to control him.
We have tried to pay off all of our medical debt in cash, and be responsible that way. We were able to do that to a point until recently.
Thanks again my forum friends. Your support and prayers mean more than words can say. I love you all.
