There are hundreds of different ways to say something in Spanish.

From Tex-mex to Castilian and everything in between.

How do you say vacuum cleaner in Spanish?

If you are Cuban it is pronounced "hoover".

Yankees call that "anti-freeze", Southerners call it "coolant".

So I used to enjoy this comedy programme called The Fast Show. I didn't pick the name because I felt I had anything in common with the character. I just liked it because it was a silly name :)
(P.s. By the way, the ginger guy in a few of those clips is better known as Ron Wesley's Dad from the Harry Potter films)

I started to call my husband Big Daddy after I saw Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. He's 6 feet tall and I'm 4' 11 and 1/2". Yes, I have a lot of high heels. He calls me Baby Girl, so I smooshed them together.

He's taller than I, and the father of my son- he's a big daddy.
