Here's where we're at so far

As most of you know by now when the forum was transferred to the new server last Friday night all the old data was lost so we're starting again from scratch. I, like most of you, have hated all the previous changes and moves we've been thru in years past so now that this is totally our own forum on our own server I think it would be wonderful to just stay put and have all our discussions, fun and fellowship in the same place until who knows when...maybe until Jesus comes! :)

We're still working on tweaking some things but for the most part the new forum is now running smoothly in large part due to the super techie skills of John. He contacted me when news of the changes were announced and offered any assistance we needed, we talked a bit and I took him up on his offer and he's been a blessing ever since.

Another blessing that just happened was Peace graciously and bravely stepping up to try her hand at being the Arcade Admin. We have a few games currently in the arcade but a lot of the favorites are still missing and even tho she has no idea how to load or fix them she is willing to try her hand at learning the procedures.

Because of both John and Peace needing access to the control panel they have both been made unofficial admins, meaning that while they have access to the admin buttons they are not actual forum admins or mods per se, tho they have the authority and the power to step in to and deal with any emergency situations that may arise.

Its been on my heart to dedicate this forum to God's glory and I have asked Nikos if would consider doing a dedication prayer since he was the one who came up with our new name and he is a Pastor also. He has graciously agreed to do it and will posting it sometime this Sunday afternoon. I would like to ask all of you to add your thoughts and prayers to the thread also.

There are still some areas of the forum that need some work, and if you find anything amiss, either start a thread on it or PM me. If you have enjoyed a particular past topic, start a brand new thread on it and lets continue the conversation and if you have any comments or suggestions about anything else let's hear those too. Welcome back everybody, its nice to be home again. :)

P.S. Anyone else want to organise a bulk complaint about the complaints department?

We could try complaining about its existence and see what happens.
