Yeah they do!!!
Interesting, but I don't like "runny yolks"
scotch eggs are a favorite.
We love the runny yolks!
So why is it that people are told NOT to eat cake batter or cookie dough because of the "raw eggs" in it?
Also,
While we're at it...
Can someone explain to me why it's ok to eat Beef rare, and raw tuna (sushi, etc.), but we're told to thoroughly cook Chicken?
Not a clue! When I was a child, I learned to like raw hamburger....and my mom let me have a bite or two when she made meat loaf. I don't do that anymore.
I'm not real fond of runny yolks but I will eat them with toast. I like plain old 1950's bacon, just thin sliced and fried crisp. Can't stand the thick stuff they flop on hamburgers today. Now that I am a senior citizen, sausage is almost too spicey for me. The grand made sausage balls for Christmas that were good.
I eat sometimes Japanese ramen( we have a few restaurants in the area that specialize in this) they serve the ramen with a pickeled egg, which looks like a soft-boiled egg that they pickle somehow. It's good and it's the only time I'll eat soft egg yolk.
