Have you ever heard of a Canola seed? You’ve probably heard of Olive and coconut trees, but not Canola right? That’s because it doesn’t exist. Canola oil is not natural oil but the commercial name of a genetically modified version of Rapeseed (which is toxic). So, it is really curious why so many “natural” food stores, even famous ones such as Whole Food’s, consistently use Canola oil in their prepared meals and Food bars (such as in their baked goods, salads, dressings, etc.)?

If we look at the single scientific study linked in the article :
Effects of Cyclic Fatty Acid Monomers from Heated Vegetable Oil on Markers of Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Male Wistar Rats. - PubMed - NCBI
The headline doesn't include a mention of canola oil :
"Effects of Cyclic Fatty Acid Monomers from Heated Vegetable Oil on Markers of Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Male Wistar Rats."
It compares the effects varius oils have when fed to rats. The four tests involve canola oil, soybean oil and either one combined with something they call CFAM. The test results come out negative for CFAM in whatever combination and not for canola oil or soybean oil as such.
Canola oil isn't singled out in a negative manner in the study.
