    I've done lots of canning throughout the years (grew up helping Mom on the farm and on my own) but for the life of me, I can't think of what I'd put coffee jelly on.

    Sharie - I've found that it is amazing on hot buttered toast! The only person who's tasted it so far and not liked it was my husband... but he's a coffee hater... so there's that! I was surprised he even tried it. Everyone else has loved it!
