Mrs. Fuego made chicken salad today (not a salad with chicken in it, but chicken salad) with sliced almonds, and we take a soft taco shell and put two pieces of swiss cheese in it end to end, melt in the microwave for 20 seconds, then put the chicken salad in and roll up and toast up in a pan. Very good.

I'm about to make a smoothie (spinach, strawberries, blueberries, green banana, chia seeds, prebiotic superfood, a liquid probiotic I got from Whole Foods, and water instead of almond milk).
I Fast breakfast on Mondays to spend time in prayer & Bible study. I Was Fasting lunch too, but since I started Wheat Belly, I can't anymore. So instead of eating solid food, I'll have a smoothie, then eat a meal about two hours later.
I'm going to make a low-carb pizza for dinner.

That looks REALLY good. Do you make your own sauce? If not...I have a really good recipe.

Thanks Lisa. This particular recipe doesn't call for sauce, but it doesn't need it; Its probably because of the sun dried tomatoes listed as one of the ingredients in the recipe. It's really delicious without sauce. :)
