Alright Krys...work your magic again. I have turkey leftovers or ground beef for meat. Veggies I have broccoli, carrots, yellow peppers, cucumbers. What to make? (I already made turkey potpies.)
Turkey soup with a side salad? A turkey pasta casserole?
Here's a site with suggestions for leftover turkey that mention my suggestions too:

Today was more of a munchies day and since I had the ingredients I made a taco dip:

The ham was almost gone so it was time to make some split pea soup with the bone.
Baked Lemon & Mushroom Chicken with steamed Broccoli and a package of Birds-Eye Steamers (Rice with Veggies).
Banana nut bread, I didn't have the milk so I substituted sour cream:

Aldi's has a sale on apples that I just couldn't pass up, a 3 pound bag of really nice ones for $1.19...that's just too many for me to eat fresh so some went into an apple pie that's almost ready to come out of the oven.
Per Krys' request:
Lista is now part Polish.
In case anyone doesn't know what it is:
