Turkey Breast - Ham - Kale - Potato Salad & Deviled Eggs (yes, those are not just a Summertime thing in the South - LOL), Sweet Potato Pudding and a Butter Pecan Rum Cake - (with Sweet Tea, of course)

I was too tired to make Rolls, so we didn't have any bread at all.

Cooked nothing, went to daughters, smoked ham off of a Traeger grill, scalloped potatoes, smoked cheeses, off of the smoker.

    I'm kinda full.

Cooked my full holiday spread for 16.

    Turkey
    Stuffing
    Mashed potatoes
    Gravy
    Turnip
    Sweet potato
    Corn
    Dill Glazed Carrots
    Sweet potato and dill perogies
    Potato and onion perogies
    Potato and cheddar cheese perogies
Cabbage rolls (the little Ukrainian ones with no meat and no tomato sauce)
Nalysnyky (crepes filled with cottage cheese and baked with cream)
    Pickles and olives

And for dessert, tarts and various cookies

It was pretty darn good.... and tons of leftovers!

Oxtails, collard greens, wild rice, corn muffins.

Love it. Rice is a favorite food of mine (that I don't eat often) and I love collard greens and cornbread. Especially with meatloaf. Never had oxtails but I can't think of any reason I wouldn't love them too.
