    I made some oven fried chicken from the recipe below. Such an easy recipe but really takes the chicken up to another level, just make sure you use real butter and not margarine or it won't taste the same. For the sides I had mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.

    I love wide noodles. I always buy the widest egg noodles. That's why I like pappardelle pasta. But not many restaurants have it as a choice for pasta. I actually subscribe to the hashtag #pappardelle on Instagram.

    Traditional Christmas Eve pork butt. Put it in this morning at 1 AM. I just made it a tradition a few years ago.

    Two Sweet Potato Pies and a Gingerbread Bundt Cake...

    Will bake the Ham, and the BBQ Chicken in the morning - Cabbage & Potatoes, Sweet Corn, Yeast Rolls, Sweet Tea, and Deviled Eggs to go with.
