What do you usually have for breakfast?
Lista made mention in another thread that she would eat the same thing for breakfast every day if she could...so whats your ideal breakfast?
...and whats the reality? What do actually have for breakfast every day?

Did she say what it was she would eat every day?
Mine varies. I do Crossfit at 9, and I do that on an empty stomach, and get back about 10. Most of the time I just wait until around 11 to 12 to eat something for my first meal of the day. Sometimes I'll do breakfast (others I'll go ahead and do lunch), which will be a couple of sausage patties, 1 egg fried and folded over with about an ounce of cheese in it melted, and a protein drink. Sometimes I'll do the drink, and do a packet of instant grits, with a scrambled egg and sausage mixed in. Those of you that don't do grits, they are great with scrambled eggs and your breakfast meat mixed in. Or just your scrambled eggs and eat your meat separate. :)
Then I usually eat my last meal at about 4-5, then don't eat any more until the next day about 11-12, practicing intermittent fasting.

Ohhhhh, I thought I was the only one who put scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon in my grits = YUMMY!
I usually eat around 10-ish, because I'm not really hungry when I first get up - I just grab a big mug o coffee.
But I usually have one egg (either fried or scrambled) and bacon or turkey sausage - Sometimes with a bagel, a muffin or cheese toast - Sometimes with grits or oatmeal.

My ideal breakfast is crisp bacon, hashed browns and scrambled eggs with some toast on the side but its really rare I eat breakfast...like you I do intermittent fasting too but I follow the 5/2 plan, twice a week I eat ultra low calorie/low carb (not more than 400 calories) and then eat normally the other 5 days, but normally for me now is to skip breakfast.

I'll binge on one thing for a while. i.e. Tomorrow I'll be making my chovocado dip, which I'll eat every morning on toast for a while. Normally though I have toast with homemade jelly, or butter. When I was a kid I would eat grits every morning for breakfast.

You just mentioned that in another thread, I think its time you posted the recipe for the curious. ;)

it has:
2 avocados
1/2 cup Hershey unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey
dash of vanilla
put in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Delicious on bread, fruit, or if you're desperate, you can eat it like a pudding.

Yup, I eat a variation of that myself, but I don't spread it on anything, and I def don't use any sweetener except stevia. I'm on a chia pudding kick now, and that's amazing as well.
