I do enjoy a good meatloaf sandwich. Usually with mustard on a hearty rye bread.

I only know that the recipe for the meat loaf I eat starts with tiny, diced bacon semi-sizzling in a pan, the rest I think is top secret, so no, you wouldn't want to put anything on it. It should probably be called "meat candy".

Personally, I think there is no finer meal to be had than a loaf of meat.

On the rare occasion when we have "leftover" Meatloaf, I'll make a sammich with soft, white bread and a dollop of ketchup on top.

The soft white bread is crucial.

If you've never done this before get a loaf of fresh white bread, cook some bacon, and get a nice ripe tomato, slice it up, and make bacon, tomato, and mayo sandwiches. Nothing better.
