    I only know that the recipe for the meat loaf I eat starts with tiny, diced bacon semi-sizzling in a pan, the rest I think is top secret, so no, you wouldn't want to put anything on it. It should probably be called "meat candy".

    On the rare occasion when we have "leftover" Meatloaf, I'll make a sammich with soft, white bread and a dollop of ketchup on top.

    The soft white bread is crucial.

    If you've never done this before get a loaf of fresh white bread, cook some bacon, and get a nice ripe tomato, slice it up, and make bacon, tomato, and mayo sandwiches. Nothing better.
