McIntosh for me. I usually prefer the tarter ones but I'm picky about the texture too so that's the one for me. A lot of people rave about the honey crisps but I just don't care for their taste or texture.

I've never heard of some of those varieties. I've always loved golden delicious and it's not on your chart. When I discovered honey crisp, I found a new favorite. I like them crisp, sweet and juicy.
For cooking, I prefer MacIntosh. They cook down a bit mushier than others.

I usually eat my apples as applesauce or juice. I can't stand the skin on apples. Mr C eats Golden Delicious or Granny Smiths. Our grandson loves Pink Ladies.

McIntosh for eating (not for baking - they don't hold their shape) - although they are hard to find in Michigan. I found they were the prevalent apple in SW Ontario when we lived there. I love Galas and Pink Ladys. I usually buy what's cheapest. We had an apple tree that produced Russet apples. They made good apple butter.
Granny Smith makes an excellent apple crisp.
