    Goat cheese

I LOVE the stuff, but let's be for real...it smells pretty bad. How would you actually know if it's gone bad or not?!

I lurve it too, but haven't had any in ages - Hubby won't go near it, so I've only had it at restaurants.

I never noticed an "aroma," but then again, my nose tends to stay stopped up, and something has to really reek to high heaven for me to notice it.

You mean Feta? I love it too. But there's no smell to Feta that I've ever noticed. It's very salty tho.

You know she very plainly said goat cheese, right?

You can make feta out of goat milk, but you can't use more than 30% for it or it can't be classified as feta. Feta is made from sheep milk.

Yep, I know she said goat cheese... when I look for feta in my groc store, I can find it made of cow's milk, sheep or goat. I really don't know anything else about it except I stay away from the one made from cow's milk.

I have never had plain old goat cheese
