    Dream of Jesus Preaching

Lately I seem to have entered a new phase in dreams. I have always had them over the years but have now had 4 significant dreams in the last month and a half

I wasn't going to post this but since I gave the Moose and Bear Dream I wanted to balance it out with something more positive and didn't want people thinking I was promoting doom and gloom.

This dream occurred on 2 October so was earlier than the moose dream and has been the forefront of my thoughts - hence why I said the Moose dream came as a surprise

This dream far more captures my desires than the other dream

    Dream
I was standing by the shore line of either a lake or river and I was with a group of people and we were watching Jesus preach the gospel. I heard him use all the terminology an evangelist or preacher would use to preach and he was encouraging us to go forth and share the gospel and get people saved. It was very powerful

He then did something strange - he walked into the water and stood about 10-15m from the shore and the water was up to his waist.

He once again began to share about reaching people, evangelism, the gospel but this time more fervently. I did think why is he standing in the water???

There was an urgency in his voice and in the message - when I woke up these 2 words were flashing in my mind....SAVE SOULS

The senior pastor at my church asked me to share this with the congregation 2 weeks ago

    Interpretation
I said to my wife is it possible this actually occurred when Jesus was on earth, that he actually did this when he lived on earth even though the Bible doesn't say, it also says he did many things that were not written down

Why did he get in the water???......Where are the souls – Answer is in the water

Souls are represented as FISH – if we want to catch fish we have to spiritually get in the water and too many believers are on the bank not wanting to get wet and go fishing

It is more comfortable to be on the shoreline watching others fishing

There is a fresh call to win the lost coming forth and I also believe many new soul winners are being raised up

Good news - God loves people and the time is now to to save souls

I can picture Jesus standing in the water quite vividly. Reminds me of when we had to wade through a river in Southern Ethiopia because the bridge had fallen down. It was waist deep and there was a current but not sufficiently powerful to overpower an ablebodied man. The Ethiopians thought little of it but a Western tour operator would never have let anyone cross that. Did you spot the analogy I inserted related to what Jesus talked about in the dream ?

Thinking back, I have seen Jesus once. He didn't appear to me as in walk around in the same room but I saw him. I was briefly watching an episode of the Adventures of the Scarlet Pimpernel, a television series from the 50s. The scarlet pimpernel was running through some building along with a woman whom he was rescuing. I've seen the glory of God many times but this time it manifested to the point where the character was replaced by the manifested glory of Jesus for several seconds. I saw a man who only cared about one single thing and that was what he was doing at that moment. This could be the strongest vision of the things of God that I have ever seen, it is difficult for me to tell, though not as changing as my encounters with God in the glory clouds.
