Prophet Warns Ministers Before They Are Judged ~

I had asked why when a big WOF preacher died in a plane crash 2 years ago ? John Hamil has the guts to warn them before they are judged and die ! From: http://www.johnhamelministries.org/Fire_Pit.htm A Fall from the Prophet's Office. A Fall from the Sky

Yes, I have lost some Ministry friends for standing on these and other commands of Scripture. Both Jesus and Paul did. You will, too. It comes with the territory. (John 6:66-71; 2 Timothy 4:10)

My former Pastor, himself a fellow Prophet, withdrew fellowship because I took a strong stand and refused to show partiality or favoritism to a mutual New England Pastor friend for whom he would often preach. This prosperous Pastor was unfaithful to his marriage covenant in many ways, one of which was a secret homosexual relationship with another Pastor.

However, like the Prophet Moses, I would rather lose the friendship of a man, any man, even a beloved man, even a Prophet, than to lose the friendship and anointing of God. (Exodus 33:11)

Sadly, my former Pastor and fellow Prophet later lost his life prematurely when his jet fell from the sky as he traveled from one meeting to another.

Although his tragic, premature death was celebrated as a glorious home-going, it was no such thing. It was the allowed judgment of God on a fallen Prophet who had difficulty obeying God, difficulty walking in love towards his fellowman and great difficulty repenting immediately when he was wrong. I, myself, was used of God to bring him words of correction in these areas.

He had also developed a reputation amongst many of his fellow Ministers of having become "money-minded." Many would no longer have him come to minister for them because of their concern in this area.

To further compound his problem with disobedience, this man also frequently allowed his spouse to control his Prophet's Ministry. He would often cooperate with her overriding his Holy Spirit directed decisions. Here there was a serious submission problem. I speak experientially.

On more than one occasion she personally overruled his Holy Spirit inspired decisions concerning me. I once actually received a personal apology from this Prophet's secretary. She was apologizing for the way his wife had overruled a major decision he had made concerning me for which they had not bothered to notify me. She was embarrassed and ashamed by what they had caused her and me both by doing so.

His secretary then explained to me that this was a frequent occurrence with the Prophet and his wife.

His secretary later left his employ, explaining to me that her decision to leave was made in large part for the way the Prophet's wife would often overrule his decisions in this manner. This behavior, she explained, caused confusion, frustration and great disappointment in the lives of all those impacted by it.

The Prophet's wife once told him that he was going to have to choose between her and the man he felt the Lord was impressing upon him to hire to help with his Bible School. She can be heard on live-stream boasting openly from the pulpit of her ultimatum, "If you do that I will leave you. If you hire that man, I will leave you." She then explained how when he insisted upon what he was going to do regardless, she stormed out, got into her automobile and drove down the freeway shouting to the Lord, "If he hires that man, Lord, I'm leaving him."

By her own admission the Prophet's wife had her way.

The Lord's man for the Bible School was not hired.

Because of their disobedience God could not send the students who were to be trained under the Prophet.

    The Prophet is now gone.

God's plan for raising up students under the Prophet's anointing through the Bible School was not accomplished.

The vision God had given him for the Bible School thirty-five years earlier was not fulfilled.

We must be careful that we don't forget these 'men and women of God' are also human and they are called to serve. WE must never put them on a pedestal. When we do we start to ignore things that should not be ignored and be influenced in ways Holy Spirit is not leading.

Jezebel was really strong in his life and church. Sad.

which brings up a question...how important are intercessors in situations like this? I know there's free will and all that, but clearly spiritual forces were at work there. Like Quest said,

Are they referring to Myles Monroe? Are they saying he was killed in a plane crash because of God's judgement?

No...the pastor in the above post was from New England..and the plane "fell from the sky". Miles' plane crashed into a building (I think)

...although...in Chapters 10 and 11 of this author's book, he talks about a Tulsa-based evangelist, and a Tulsa based pastor...I don't know who the evangelist was, but the pastor is clearly Billy Joe Daugherty.

    The prophet was Ed Dufresne.

I really used to like ole Ed back in the day. I even ate lunch with him one time. Why did he say he was judged? I do remember the Billy Joe Daughtery thing though. Seems he had something to say about TL Osborn too about his wife Daisy dying. .

There is a whole chapter about this incident in the Fire Pit book linked above."A Fall from the Prophet's Office. A Fall from the Sky" I asked God why he died such a tragic death ?I got the answer from brother John. John Hamel has been sent to 38 ministers for judgement warnings. The man has guts.

He also seems to harp a lot on BJD. I don't know if the author wanted recognition/a ministry position/validation from BJD, but what it seems like to me is a whole lot of ax grinding. Even if some or all of what he wrote is true. Move on already and stop regurgitating the past.
