I don't think anything will happen. I don't think Kim is mad at all, just nearly evil. But not self destructive. If you look at the map there is nowhere better to send his long range missiles than across Northern Japan and into the sea. His other options are China and Russia.

Considering what God has done to those who set themselves to be God and worshipped by the people, I don't put it beyond the possibility of God offing this guy with an angel someday (e.g., like Herod). Korea is a fascinating place. You can go be within a few feet of a North Korean guard in the DMZ. This is where the NK defector ran a couple of months ago.
