Trump's remaining paths to victory
Here are Trump's remaining paths to victory - please correct me anywhere I am wrong:
1. Get a few Biden states to de-certify their results before the December-14 Electoral College vote - enough to drop Biden below 270. This then sends the election to the House of Representatives, where Trump might win.
2. Let Electoral College vote, and let Biden get 270+, but on January 6, try to persuade the House of Representatives to refuse to certify the Electoral College's votes. (I am not sure if the House certifies by sheer majority - in which case Biden would certainly see the EC tally confirmed, since Democrats temporarily hold the House majority right now - or on the basis of state by state delegations, in which case Trump might win.) If the House does refuse to certify, then this.........sends the election to the House?
3. Supreme Court does something (I have no idea what.)

Another option is to convince GOP-controlled state legislators to appoint pro-Trump electors. I believe he is already trying to do this.

I really think this all needs to happen at the state level. It's very unlikely that SCOTUS will undo the electoral vote or that the House will reject it, and even if they do it will be seen as purely partisan.

My theory is that the SC sees the writing on the wall ... court packing and will leave the door open for a Trump victory.

Today, December-8, is the deadline for states to certify their election results.
