Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano slammed Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) for defending a proposed state law that would allow women to terminate a pregnancy up to the moment before birth....
...On "Fox & Friends" Thursday morning, Napolitano said that scenario would be "murder."
"He took an oath as the governor of Virginia to preserve the Constitution which requires equal protection for all human beings. They can't decide to let the baby die because of its age! That's a crime!" Napolitano said.
Host Steve Doocy pointed out that if a pregnant woman is murdered, it's considered a double homicide, and he asked what rights the unborn have.
"The court refuses to decide when personhood attaches," Napolitano said. "This is not an academic question, because if the baby in the womb is a person then that person is protected by Fifth Amendment, which says no person can lose life, liberty or property without due process."...
....He added that Trump is exactly right in saying that this would "lift up the whole pro-life movement like maybe it's never been lifted up before."
Laura Ingraham also weighed in on the abortion debate in her powerful "Angle" monologue on Wednesday, saying the Virginia bill is "absolutely barbaric and sick."
"The infanticide movement -- always cynically disguised as 'reproductive health' -- it's spreading," Ingraham said.
She noted that a similar New York bill was given a standing ovation as it was signed into law last week.
"This isn't America. This is the Democrat Party decomposing for all to see."
