Do you understand how utterly foolish you sound? Take a break from the leftie koolaid bro, it's poison.
John: Say what you want, but I just want to make sure you realize that you come across as condescending and arrogant.
Now, to the point, to argue that it's worthless to pass laws because lawbreakers continue to break laws is an argument for anarchism. (And wasn't I the one accused of that in the NFL thread?? )

That's what all lefties say.
But seriously, thought laws don't make any sense and are only abused by evil doers that like to break things.

Nobody here is arguing in favor of "thought laws", or what are usually called "hate crimes".
The subject under discussion was a law that would prohibit discrimination (with respect to employment and public accommodations) against people based on their political views. Since laws already prohibit discrimination based on race, gender, and religion, why not also for political views?

That's just a subversive dream. Lefties would quickly invade and soil everything that is good and holy. Although I think there are already laws on the books that protect the mentally challenged, maybe they could use that as a loophole.
