    This should be the law.

Libertarians would object on the grounds that such a law would violate the right of free association.

But I would be happy to see such a law enacted. If we, as a nation, wish to truly respect diversity,
we must be willing to tolerate, work with, and associate with people whose views are different from
    ours.
Trouble is, this is a spiritual battle. Laws cant make the law-less behave any more than we can reason with the unreasonable.

What irks me is that it's "Free Speech" when liberals protest, but it's "Bullying" when conservatives or Christians do it.

I kind of was hoping Cruz would just ignore them and go on as if they weren't there.
ONE touch would have brought police and charges. To continue your evening, having a good meal, and make them irrelevant would have made me smile.

True; laws can't make people want to behave, but laws can make it prohibitively costly to misbehave, which reduces the harm caused to others.

Liberals suggesting laws....yikes. njtom, we don't need more laws, especially laws proposed by those who think they can define "misbehave". Antifa, leftist groups all over the world are breaking existing laws and the liberal remedy is to make more of them...lol.

Do you understand how utterly foolish you sound? Take a break from the leftie koolaid bro, it's poison.

Liberals making senseless and redundant laws and more laws. What better example is this thing called a hate law. Oh man, if they tag a hate law on a violent crime, now that’s redundant.

Seriously. That is the most ridiculous thing in the world to label something a 'hate crime'. It's actually a politically correct way make a harsher punishment for someone who isn't a minority or LGBTQ.

Just remember, lefties hate you. Once that sinks in, the rest of it makes sense.

There it is. Factor in the demonic when a group is a godhating, bitter, enraged hot mess.
