I did not read how this meeting came to be...wonder who initiated it and who chose the attendees or if an invitation went out and these accepted?
Glad they prayed and I don't see this as an endorsement at all..unless they initiated it with him and did not reach out to the other candidates...

My cynical side sees this as a ploy to make sure he gets the evangelical vote. I hope not though. I also didn't watch the video. So maybe my comments doesn't matter... so... nevermind! ;)

I am not a Trump supporter, however, I am glad he allows others to pray for him.
It is interesting how we Christians always preach that we should pray for one another and when it happens we criticize. We should be happy about it.

I wasn't criticizing anyone praying for him at all.

People may be surprised by this, but Trump actually respects Christians. There was a very beautiful model that used to come to Richmond and speak at a big AOG Church. I was blessed to have met her and know her because she did a lot of small group gatherings that I went to. Her name was Tina Evers. She looked a lot like Brooke Shields. She was a very strong Believer and went to Times Square Church. She mentioned that she had met Donald Trump on several occasions and that she had talked with him about Christ and he was very open and respected her a lot, and spoke highly of Christians he knew.
I also know that Trump's limo broke down once and a couple stopped to offer assistance. He thanked them by paying their mortgage off.
Trump is a crass, arrogant, big mouth, but I do know he *is* a friend of Christians, and does have a very giving side.
